The Vulcan Hart 00-712363 Gas Griddle Pilot Orifice provides controlled LP gas flow for reliable pilot ignition in compatible commercial griddles. This precision component regulates the amount of propane delivered to the pilot burner, allowing it to produce a properly sized and stable flame. It works by restricting gas flow to the specified rate, supporting consistent ignition of the main burner when the griddle is operated. A properly functioning orifice supports dependable startup, steady heating, and reliable griddle performance. Replacing a worn, blocked, or damaged orifice can restore proper fuel delivery and maintain consistent pilot operation. This component is a practical replacement for compatible Vulcan Hart commercial gas griddles.
