The Imperial 1160 Oven Thermostat KXT is designed to sense and regulate temperature in compatible commercial convection ovens. Its 175°F to 500°F operating range supports various cooking temperatures while helping the heating system maintain the selected setting. The thermostat uses a 3/16" x 12-1/4" sensing bulb with a 36" capillary for temperature detection inside the oven chamber. It responds to temperature changes and controls heating operation through calibrated thermostat contacts. This component is listed for compatible ICV and ICVD convection oven models and can help address inaccurate temperature control, inconsistent heating, or difficulty maintaining the selected temperature. Verify the oven model and thermostat specifications before replacement to ensure proper compatibility and reliable operation.
