The Hobart 23511-2 Wire Whip is a bowl agitator attachment used with compatible 20-quart mixer systems. Its wire-frame design circulates ingredients throughout the mixing bowl during whipping and blending applications. Constructed from stainless steel and weighing 3.08 lbs, this attachment is commonly used for preparing whipped cream, egg mixtures, frosting, and other light-texture products. The whip attaches directly to the mixer hub and operates as part of the mixing assembly. Replacing a worn attachment restores proper ingredient movement and mixing consistency.
