The Star Mfg 2T-47499 Coffee Brewer High Limit Thermostat safeguard compatible commercial brewing equipment from excessive temperatures. Its thermostatic sensing mechanism monitors heat within the brewer and responds when temperature rises beyond the designated safety threshold, interrupting the heating circuit to prevent overheating and potential component damage. Designed as a high-limit control, it works independently of normal brewing temperature regulation to provide an additional layer of operational protection. Its compact construction supports integration into appropriately matched brewer assemblies and repeated exposure to thermal cycling.
