The Cleveland 300701 Steamer Hi Limit Capilary 350°F provides dependable thermal safety control for compatible commercial steaming equipment. Its capillary sensing mechanism continuously responds to temperature changes at the designated sensing point, actuating the thermostat when conditions approach the specified 350°F high-limit threshold. This action interrupt or regulate the heating circuit before excessive temperatures can compromise equipment performance. The capillary design allows the sensing element to be positioned where accurate temperature detection is required, supporting responsive operation within demanding steam environments.
