The AN1911450S Fryer Hi-Limit Thermostat Kit is a replacement safety component designed for commercial fryers to monitor oil temperature and control heat levels during operation. It works by continuously sensing the fryer’s temperature and automatically interrupting the heating circuit when excessive heat is detected, helping prevent overheating and potential equipment damage. Manufactured by BKI (Barbeque King), this thermostat kit supports proper temperature regulation, improves operational safety, and helps reduce unexpected downtime. It is a practical replacement part for maintaining consistent fryer performance in demanding commercial kitchen environments.
