An andon monitoring system gives plant leaders the visibility needed to spot the small, recurring stoppages that quietly eat into output. Total shift numbers tell you what got made, but station-level data explains why a target was missed or beaten. Logging every help call, response time, and downtime resolution lets leadership review shift trends and get ahead of the same problems before they escalate. Soft Designers builds automated andon monitoring systems that turn raw floor signals into insights teams can actually act on.
