The Blodgett 57562 RTD temperature probe provides precise temperature feedback to support accurate equipment control. This product is a resistance temperature detector designed for use in compatible commercial cooking and baking equipment. It works by measuring changes in electrical resistance as temperature varies, sending consistent signals to the control system for proper regulation. The 1k ohm RTD design supports stable and repeatable readings, while the 3/16" terminals allow secure electrical connections during installation or replacement. By delivering reliable temperature sensing, the probe helps maintain consistent cooking results, supports efficient operation, and aids in protecting equipment from temperature-related issues during regular use.
