The Briggs & Stratton 798790 Starter Motor helps start the engine by turning the crankshaft until combustion begins. When the ignition system activates, the starter motor converts electrical energy from the battery into mechanical rotation, allowing the engine to start. A properly functioning starter motor supports reliable starting and reduces difficulties when operating compatible outdoor power equipment. Replacing a worn or faulty starter motor can help restore dependable engine starting and reduce interruptions during routine use. This replacement component is a practical choice for engine maintenance and repair, helping keep compatible lawn mowers and other equipment ready for operation.
