The Char-Broil G352-2100-W1 Gas Grill Trough Firebox Heat Shield helps protect the grill’s internal components while promoting even heat distribution. This part is a metal heat shield designed to sit within the firebox, acting as a barrier between the burners and the cooking area. It works by diffusing direct flame, reducing flare-ups, and evenly spreading heat across the grill surface for more consistent cooking results. Replacing a worn or damaged shield can improve performance and prevent excess wear on surrounding parts. Its durable construction and proper fit support reliable operation, helping maintain cooking efficiency and extend the overall lifespan of the grill.
