The Delfield SEP90145 Infinite Switch provides variable electrical control for heating functions on compatible equipment. It regulates the connected heating circuit according to the selected control position, allowing the operator to adjust the heat level during equipment operation. This switch is suitable for control applications where gradual heat adjustment is required rather than a simple on-or-off function. It can be used when an existing switch becomes worn, damaged, or difficult to operate. This serves as a direct switching component within the equipment’s heat control system.
