The Duke 175535 Broiler Infrared Burner Flame Sensor is an essential component for maintaining safe and efficient operation in commercial kitchen equipment. This sensor detects the presence of a flame in the infrared burner of a broiler, ensuring that the burner is operating properly. If the flame goes out, the sensor immediately signals the system to shut down, preventing gas from accumulating and reducing the risk of potential hazards. By maintaining consistent flame detection, this sensor helps extend the life of the broiler, improve cooking efficiency, and promote safety in high-demand kitchen environments. It's a reliable solution for ensuring the smooth operation of broiling equipment.
