The Fisher & Paykel 479332 Dryer Drum Bearing Kit supports smooth and properly aligned drum rotation during dryer operation. This kit includes bearing components that support the dryer drum as it turns, helping maintain proper movement while clothes are being dried. Installed within the drum support system, the bearing works with other related parts to reduce friction and support steady rotation during drying cycles. Replacing a damaged or worn bearing kit can assist in restoring proper drum movement and reducing unusual operating noise associated with bearing damage. This replacement kit is designed for compatible Model DX1 dryers; check it against the appliance model before installation to ensure proper fit and operation.
