The Frigidaire 131525500 Washer Bearing Shell Rear is used to support the rear bearing area and maintain proper drum alignment during washer operation. This bearing shell fits within the rear section of the washer assembly, providing a stable mounting surface for the bearing and allowing the drum to rotate smoothly with reduced friction. Proper bearing support is important for maintaining balanced drum movement and consistent washing performance. A worn, damaged, or improperly fitted bearing shell may contribute to excessive vibration, unusual noise, or uneven drum rotation. Replacing the shell can restore proper bearing support and drum alignment.
