The Frigidaire 131960800 Dryer Timer is used to control the timing and duration of selected dryer cycles for convenient and consistent operation. This mechanical timer works by advancing through predetermined cycle settings, controlling when the dryer’s heating, tumbling, and other operating functions run during the selected program. Proper timer operation is important for completing drying cycles according to the chosen setting. A worn or faulty timer may cause the dryer to stop prematurely, run for an incorrect duration, or fail to advance through the cycle properly. Replacing the timer can restore accurate cycle timing and normal dryer operation. Designed for compatible Frigidaire dryer models, this replacement component is used to maintain reliable cycle control and everyday drying functionality.
