The Frigidaire 216954214 Freezer Compressor Controller regulates electrical signals to control compressor cycling and maintain the selected freezer temperature. Located within the control assembly, this replacement component connects with temperature-sensing inputs and the compressor circuit to coordinate compressor start and stop cycles according to cooling demand. It processes temperature information and sends the appropriate electrical signals to the compressor circuit, supporting consistent cooling within the freezer cabinet. A faulty controller may cause irregular compressor cycling, temperature fluctuations, or compressor starting issues.
