The Frigidaire 297415900 Door Closing Cam supports smooth refrigerator door movement and proper door positioning after opening. This replacement cam works with the door hinge assembly by guiding the door through its closing movement and assisting the door in returning to the correct position. Its shaped surface interacts with the matching hinge components as the door moves, supporting controlled movement and alignment. A worn, cracked, or damaged cam may cause the door to sag, close unevenly, or remain partially open. Replacing the damaged cam restores proper hinge movement and supports secure door closure. Designed for select Frigidaire refrigerator models, this component provides a practical replacement for maintaining smooth door movement and consistent refrigerator use.
