The Frigidaire 5308000068 temperature cold control helps maintain consistent refrigerator cooling for proper food storage conditions. It is a replacement control component designed to regulate the refrigerator’s internal temperature by monitoring and adjusting the cooling cycle as needed. The control works by sensing temperature changes inside the appliance and signaling the compressor to turn on or off to maintain the selected setting. This helps support stable cooling performance and prevents excessive temperature fluctuations. By replacing a faulty or worn control, it can restore accurate temperature regulation, improve energy efficiency, and help keep refrigerated items fresh during everyday use.
