The Frigidaire A00126501 Drain Pump removes used water from the dishwasher to support proper cleaning and rinsing cycles. This replacement pump operates by using an internal motor and impeller to move water from the dishwasher tub through the drain system when activated. Effective drainage is important for preventing water from remaining inside the appliance between cycle stages. A worn or malfunctioning drain pump can cause slow draining, standing water, or interrupted dishwasher operation. Designed for compatible dishwasher models, this component provides a practical replacement for a faulty original part. Installing a properly matched drain pump can restore efficient water removal and support reliable everyday dishwasher performance.
