The General Electric WB20K10035 Range Oven Thermostat regulates oven temperature to maintain the heat level selected for cooking. This component senses temperature changes inside the oven and controls the heating circuit by cycling heat on and off as needed. Its operation supports steady cooking conditions for baking, roasting, and other oven functions. When the thermostat becomes faulty, the oven may overheat, remain too cool, or struggle to maintain the selected temperature. Replacing a defective unit can restore proper temperature regulation and support more consistent cooking results. Designed for compatible range models, this thermostat must match the appliance’s original specifications
