The General Electric WB24T10026 Range Surface Element Switch regulates power to a range’s surface heating element. This electrical component connects the surface burner control to the corresponding heating element, allowing users to select and adjust the desired heat setting. When the switch is turned, it directs electrical power to the element according to the selected setting, supporting proper heating operation. Installed behind the range control panel, it works with the appliance’s wiring and related components to manage surface cooking functions. Replacing a damaged switch can restore proper control of the surface element and support consistent operation. This part is designed for compatible range models, so the appliance model should be verified before installation.
