The General Electric WB28X26604 Range Front Orifice Holder supports proper gas flow to the front surface burner by securing the burner orifice in its designated position. This component provides a mounting point for the orifice, which regulates the gas supply to the burner for ignition and flame operation. Installed in the front burner area of the range, it maintains the correct placement of the orifice in relation to the burner assembly. Proper positioning supports consistent gas delivery and helps maintain normal burner operation. Replacing a damaged holder can restore correct orifice placement and support proper burner performance. Before installation, verify compatibility with the range model to ensure proper fit.
