The General Electric WB56T10187 Range Oven Door Glass is used to provide a clear, heat-resistant viewing surface while helping retain heat inside the oven cavity. This white door glass fits within the oven door assembly and allows users to monitor food while the door remains closed during cooking. Its proper installation supports the door’s structure and maintains the separation between the hot oven interior and the outer door surface. Cracked, chipped, or damaged glass may affect visibility, heat retention, and safe oven use. Replacing the door glass can restore proper viewing and the condition of the oven door assembly.
