The General Electric WE01X25585 Dryer Backsplash Assembly is a replacement panel designed to restore proper control housing and rear support for compatible dryers. Positioned at the back of the top control area, this assembly serves as a structural section that supports the control interface and helps shield internal wiring and connected elements from external exposure. It operates by fitting securely into the designated rear mounting position, aligning with surrounding panels and fastening points to maintain proper placement within the unit. Used during repair or replacement applications, this component assists in maintaining organized internal connections, supports stable appliance operation, and helps protect internal sections from dust, minor contact, and typical operational damage.
