The General Electric WE03X33648 Dryer Drive Belt is used to transfer motor power to the dryer drum for smooth and consistent rotation during drying cycles. This flexible drive belt wraps around the drum and motor pulley, allowing the motor’s rotational force to turn the drum as the dryer operates. Proper belt tension and alignment are important for maintaining steady drum movement and reliable drying performance. A worn, stretched, cracked, or broken belt may cause the drum to slip, rotate slowly, make unusual noises, or stop turning completely. Replacing the belt can restore proper drum rotation and normal dryer operation.
