The General Electric WR14X27232 Refrigerator Fresh Food Door Gasket-White creates a consistent seal that limits air leakage and supports stable cooling inside the fresh food compartment. This component is a flexible sealing strip that operates using an embedded magnetic liner, which draws the door evenly against the cabinet frame when closed. Installed around the inner perimeter of the fresh food door, it fits into the door channel and works with the hinge alignment to maintain uniform contact. This part of the refrigerator helps maintain internal temperature control, reduces cold air loss, and supports efficient system operation during routine opening and closing cycles.
