The General Electric WR17X25613 Refrigerator Articulating Mullion Assembly helps create a proper seal between French-style refrigerator doors, supporting consistent cold-air retention. This replacement articulating mullion assembly is designed for compatible GE refrigerator models and attaches to the edge of the door to cover the center gap when the doors are closed. It works by pivoting as the door opens and returning to its proper position as the door closes, helping form a continuous seal between the doors. A properly functioning mullion supports correct door alignment and helps reduce cold-air leakage. Replacing a cracked, bent, loose, or damaged assembly can help restore proper door sealing, improve temperature retention, reduce air loss, maintain appearance, and support reliable everyday refrigerator operation.
