The Hatco 02.16.066.00 EGO Thermostat is a temperature control device used in compatible commercial systems and holding equipment. Equipped with a 1/4 inches spade terminal and a D-stem design, it senses internal temperature and opens or closes its internal switch to maintain the set heat level during operation. Installed within the equipment’s control assembly, the thermostat signals the heating element to cycle on and off as needed, helping keep food at the desired serving temperature.
