The pilot and bracket assembly provides the pilot flame needed for ignition in compatible gas fryers. This natural gas component includes the mounting bracket and is used with selected Henny Penny fryer models, including 500, 561, and 600 series equipment. The assembly uses a 1/4-inch CCT tube and a right-side flame pattern, making the existing pilot configuration useful for comparison before replacement. The component is identified by the Henny Penny 30913 reference when matching parts. Before ordering, verify the fryer model, serial range, gas type, tube size, and existing pilot arrangement to confirm the appropriate application.
