The Hoshizaki 437626-01 Temperature Control is an adjustable thermostat used in compatible commercial ice machines. It regulates temperature through a sensing capillary and adjustable control mechanism, with a temperature range of 27°F to 49°F and a 60-inch capillary. The control is suitable for service when an existing thermostat becomes inaccurate, damaged, or fails to regulate temperature properly. Its screwdriver adjustment allows the operating setting to be fine-tuned for the equipment application. This component is used in commercial ice-making equipment found in restaurants, hotels, bars, cafeterias, and other foodservice facilities.
