The Kohler 1706587-S Engine Fuel Tank stores fuel for delivery to compatible Kohler engines during operation. It serves as a fuel reservoir within the engine's fuel system, helping provide a supply for normal engine running. This tank is a practical replacement for a cracked, leaking, or damaged fuel tank that may cause fuel loss or interfere with equipment use. Replacing a faulty tank can help restore secure fuel storage and support reliable engine operation. Verify compatibility with your specific Kohler engine model and check all fuel connections for proper fit before installation.
