The LG 3920DD3005H Dishwasher Door Gasket creates a secure seal that controls water containment during wash cycles. This sealing component is installed around the inner edge of the dishwasher door and operates by compressing against the cabinet frame when the door is closed. The gasket directs water back into the tub while limiting leaks and reducing moisture escape during operation. As part of the door sealing system, it works with the latch and hinges to maintain consistent pressure along the door perimeter. Proper sealing supports effective wash performance, improves water efficiency, and helps maintain stable operation of the dishwasher throughout typical cleaning cycles.
