The LG 5221ER1003H Washer Inlet Valve Assembly regulates the flow of water into the washing machine during selected cycles. This valve assembly connects to the washer’s water supply and opens or closes to direct water into the tub when required by the cycle settings. Installed at the water inlet, it works with the washer’s control system to provide proper water flow for washing and rinsing. Replacing a damaged inlet valve assembly can restore proper water entry and support consistent cycle operation. The component is designed for compatible washer models and should be checked against the appliance model before installation. Proper operation supports reliable water filling and helps maintain expected washing performance.
