The LG 5301FR2076G Washer Heater Assembly heats the water used during selected wash cycles to support proper cleaning performance. This heating component operates by converting electrical energy into heat as water passes around the heater inside the washing machine. The assembly works with the washer’s control system to maintain the required water temperature for cycles that use heated water. Proper water temperature can support detergent performance and assist with removing certain soils from fabrics. Replacing a damaged heater assembly can restore water heating operation and support proper wash cycle performance. This part is designed for compatible LG washer models and should be checked against the appliance model before installation to ensure proper fit and operation.
