The LG ADX75731702 Washing Machine Door Gasket Assembly forms a secure seal that controls water containment during wash and spin cycles. This assembly is a flexible sealing component that operates by fitting tightly around the door opening, creating a barrier between the drum and the cabinet while accommodating door movement. Installed along the front opening of the washer, it integrates with the door frame, drum edge, and locking mechanism to maintain proper alignment throughout operation. This part of the washing system supports controlled water flow, reduces leakage risk, limits moisture escape, and contributes to stable cycle operation and consistent washing performance.
