Malegra 25 mg contains sildenafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It does not directly increase sexual desire or automatically produce an erection.
