The Manitowoc 000010828 Ice Machine Water Trough 30" is a replacement water distribution trough designed for use in commercial systems. This 30-inch trough directs incoming water evenly over the evaporator surface during the ice-making cycle, supporting uniform freezing and efficient ice production. As water flows through the trough, it is metered and distributed along the freezing plates to optimize ice formation and minimize water waste. The component fits designated models to restore proper water flow paths when the original trough is worn or damaged, helping maintain consistent ice quality and machine performance.
