Its stainless steel construction is suited for repeated high-temperature use commonly found in commercial kitchen equipment. The radiant design supports efficient heat transfer, steady cooking temperatures, and dependable day-to-day operation. This component is ideal for routine maintenance or replacement to help keep broiler systems functioning properly and consistently.
