The Pitco 2908-1318202 Orifice-Extend 56 is a gas-system component used with selected commercial fryer burner assemblies. Its extended design provides a controlled gas passage within the burner setup, supporting the fuel flow required for proper burner operation. The size 56 specification provides an additional reference when identifying this type of component for fryer service work. It may be considered when an existing orifice extension is worn, blocked, or damaged and requires replacement. When selecting the appropriate component, review the fuel application, burner arrangement, connection details, and equipment specifications together. Comparing these points with the existing assembly can provide useful information before ordering.
