The Pitco 60138801 Fryer Gas Thermostat is a temperature control component with an operating range of 200°F to 450°F for compatible commercial gas fryers. It senses cooking oil temperature and regulates the gas heating system to maintain the selected setting during frying operations. This thermostat is suitable for service when an existing control becomes inaccurate, worn, damaged, or fails to regulate temperature correctly. It can be used in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, catering facilities, and other commercial kitchens. Proper temperature control supports consistent frying conditions and routine fryer operation.
