The Pitco P6072344 Fryer Wire/Glass Screen Donut is designed to help control splatter and improve safety during frying operations in commercial kitchen equipment. Measuring 24" x 34" and equipped with handles, this screen is placed over the fryer to act as a protective barrier while food is cooking in hot oil. The wire and glass screen design allows heat and steam to escape while helping contain oil splashes that can occur during frying. The integrated handles make it easier to position, remove, and handle the screen during use. This accessory helps maintain a cleaner work area, supports safer fryer operation, and allows staff to monitor food while reducing the risk of hot oil splatter.
