The Samsung DC96-01414A Washer Drain Pump Assembly provides a replacement solution for removing wastewater from compatible washing machines during drain and spin cycles. This component operates by using an internal motor-driven impeller that moves water from the tub through the drain hose and out of the appliance. Installed near the bottom section of the washer, it connects to the tub outlet and the external drainage line within the internal pump housing area. The assembly supports the washer’s water management process by allowing proper removal of used water after each wash stage. With correct installation, this part assists in maintaining steady draining performance and helps reduce the possibility of water buildup inside the washer.
