The Samsung DC97-17999M Washing Machine Drain Pump Assembly is designed to efficiently remove water from your washer during the drain cycle, helping maintain smooth and reliable operation. This component works by activating an internal motor that drives an impeller, pushing used water out of the washing machine and through the drain hose. By ensuring proper water drainage, it helps prevent standing water, incomplete cycles, and potential leaks. Built to fit compatible Samsung washing machines, the assembly supports consistent performance and straightforward replacement when a drain pump fails. Using a properly functioning drain pump can help restore normal wash cycles, reduce downtime, and keep your appliance operating safely and effectively.
