The Scotsman 11-0563-01 Ice Machine Curtain Switch helps monitor curtain position to support reliable ice machine operation in commercial settings. Installed within the machine’s curtain detection circuit, the switch responds when the ice-making curtain moves and sends the appropriate signal to the control system. This allows the equipment to recognize curtain position during the ice production and harvest process. A properly functioning switch can help prevent incorrect cycle detection and support consistent machine operation during routine service. It is suitable for commercial ice machines requiring replacement of a worn, damaged, or unresponsive curtain switch. Before installation, confirm the ice machine model and component specifications to ensure the replacement is compatible with the existing system.
