The pilot burner assembly provides the ignition flame needed to light the main burner in compatible commercial cooking equipment. This natural/LP gas component uses a 1/4-inch tube and standard flame pattern with an igniter for the burner ignition system. Its compact assembly is positioned near the heating section to direct the pilot flame toward the main burner when ignition is required. The part is associated with the Southbend 9-3380 reference for identification when comparing replacement components. Before ordering, check the equipment model, gas type, connection size, and existing pilot assembly to confirm the appropriate application.
