The Star 2A-0941600 Pilot Runner Tube 0.79 mm orifice is a small gas-control component designed for use with runner tubes used in commercial cooking equipment. Its primary function is to precisely regulate the amount of gas flowing to the pilot assembly, helping maintain a stable pilot flame for accurate burner ignition. The orifice works by allowing gas to pass through a 0.79 mm calibrated opening, which controls the gas volume before it reaches the pilot tube. This controlled flow supports steady combustion and consistent equipment startup.
