Threaded wood insert nuts are fastening elements that are used to add powerful, reusable internal threads in wood and wood-based materials. They are directly fitted in pre-drilled holes, and bolts or machine screws can be firmly attached in the wooden structures. These inserts offer a strong connection of metal to wood that enhances the strength and stability of the joints. These inserts have external threads which firmly engage the wood fibres so as not to pull out and rotate when using.
