The Vulcan Hart 00-719255-00012 Red Knob is a burner valve control used on compatible commercial cooking equipment. It features a D-stem configuration with the flat positioned downward and includes a set screw for securing the knob to the valve shaft. The red finish provides quick visual identification of the burner control on the appliance. This knob allows the operator to adjust the associated burner valve during normal cooking use. Its stem style, color, and hardware details are useful when identifying the appropriate control knob for service. It can be referenced when an existing knob becomes cracked, loose, worn, or difficult to turn.
