The Whirlpool WP6-3129480 Drum Roller Axle supports the dryer drum roller, helping maintain smooth drum rotation during operation. Designed to serve as a mounting point for the roller, this axle allows the roller to turn as the drum rotates, supporting stable movement and proper alignment within the dryer. A properly functioning axle helps reduce unnecessary friction and supports consistent drum operation during drying cycles. If the original axle becomes worn, bent, or damaged, the dryer may develop unusual noises or experience uneven drum movement.
