The Whirlpool W10365134 Range Cooktop provides the upper cooking surface for supporting cookware during stovetop meal preparation. It houses the designated burner openings and provides a fitted surface for the heating elements to transfer heat to pots and pans. Installed on the top section of the range, this component aligns with the appliance’s burner layout and supports proper placement of cookware during cooking. Its surface also helps shield internal components from spills and everyday cooking residue. Replacing a damaged cooktop can restore the range’s proper surface condition, burner alignment, and usability. Before installation, verify compatibility with the appliance model to ensure proper fit and connection with the existing range components.
